Team of experts with a passion for helping businesses succeed. Formed by four experienced professionals in the marketing industry, this team decided to take their talents and form their own marketing agency to better serve their clients.
We have a long history of success in the marketing field, worked for some of the biggest names in the marketing world and have seen the successes and failures of many campaigns. With this wealth of knowledge, our team have decided to move forward and create our own agency.

Management Team
Launched first company in US in 2016, company was sold in 2018 with 20x profit to a competitor. Joined SaaS startup as Account Executive in 2018 and in 3 years ended up as Head of Operations during that time fully rebuilt all of the company’s sales operations which resulted in reducing the sales cycle from 67 to 21 days.
CEO: Andrei Muntean
Started as Google Ads Expert in 2016 and managed to beat all competitors in the industry by 2018. In 2018 joined SaaS startup and in 3 years became Marketing Director with exp in market research, marketing budgeting, customer experience analyses – during that time 3.1x Client Growth and 5.8x Increase of New Customers.
CMO: Irina Ialovenco
Started the career at Google, shortly after became the 6th employee of Segment’s EMEA office. Met the co-founders of Circle Storm while holding the title of Director of Implementation Services at XOR, where she both managed a team of 11 and was directing a portfolio worth of over $3M in revenue. Some of the bigger brands she worked with, were CISCO, Kraft Heinz, Swire Coca Cola and Tyson Foods. During that time she increased the renewal and upsell rate by 37% YoY.
